Edit The Picture follows a no-advance-payment model for most of our services, which removes the need for refunds in the majority of cases.
However, if a client makes an advance payment and is not satisfied with the final result, a full refund will be issued under the following conditions:
An advance payment was made.
The client is genuinely dissatisfied with the delivered work.
No satisfactory outcome was achieved despite unlimited revisions.
Once these conditions are met, the full amount paid in advance will be refunded promptly.
Unlimited Revisions
We understand that creative work often requires adjustments. To minimize refund requests, we offer unlimited revisions on all projects. Our goal is to work with you until the result meets or exceeds expectations.
